Property Compliance Officer (Fire)
Tai Tarian is the social landlord for over 9,000 properties across Neath Port Talbot. We are looking for motivated people who want to be part of a team who pride themselves on delivering excellence.

We are currently looking for a Property Compliance Officer (Fire) who will be responsible for all fire compliance for our housing stock, ensuring that Tai Tarian comply with fire regulations. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring fire risk and compliance withing our properties, mitigating risk for the organisation.
This role will Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, adopting a people centric approach, making every contact count. You will also be the functional and technical expert within your discipline by ensuring you are up to date with current legislation and industry best practice to ensure compliance.
Criteria for the role:
* Educated to Level 4 in a relevant construction related qualification or equivalent experience.
* Have or working towards a Level 4 Fire Safety qualification
* Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature.
* Up to date with the technical knowledge and skills required within your area and level of expertise.
