Senior Merchandiser
E-commerce | Global Trading | Stock Management | SKU Complexity
We’re working with a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to take ownership of trading, stock control and multi-market product performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business scaling across the UK, EU and US, with a busy peak and a complex SKU base that needs tight day-to-day control.
The ideal person will be confident managing fast-moving product ranges, keeping operations running smoothly and supporting international expansion while maintaining excellent trading performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in:
• Managing complex SKUs and ensuring stock accuracy across multiple markets
• Leading the full merchandising cycle from planning to trading
• Monitoring daily performance and reacting quickly to trends and risks
• Working closely with buying, marketing, operations and e-commerce teams
• Managing demand forecasting, intake, and stock levels
• Producing clear, data-driven reports to support commercial decisions
• Helping shape global range strategies as the brand continues to scale
This is a hands-on merchandising role where attention to detail and tight control of stock are essential.
What the Client Is Looking For
• Strong merchandising experience within e-commerce or retail
• Someone used to fast trading and large SKU counts
• Ability to keep systems, stock, orders and processes fully aligned
• Global trading experience is a bonus, but a “hardcore merch mindset” is essential
• Happy working under a Head of Department and keeping operations running smoothly
Systems & Tools You’ll Use
You’ll work across key operational and merchandising tools such as:
• Unleashed
• Brightpearl
• Shopify
• Excel
• 3PL software
These systems support forecasting, stock control, order flow and global trading.
