We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a market leader within a fast-paced sector, for an experienced multi-site HR Business Partner. This is a permanent opportunity, offering the chance to operate in a complex, high-volume environment and partner closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to operational leadership, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across designated sites. This role will provide a full generalist remit, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, organisational change, and performance management. The position requires regular site travel and the ability to adapt within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnering with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with operational and commercial objectives.
2. Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, performance, and absence management.
3. Leading HR elements of change programmes, including TUPE and union/employee representative engagement.
4. Supporting workforce planning and succession management in line with business growth.
5. Ensuring performance management processes are implemented and effective.
