Salary: From £38,000 per annum
Location: Remote - with travel to our Manchester office
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm

Join our Business Intelligence team to lead market insights and competitive analysis that shape the future of our Work + Family services. Reporting to the VP of Growth Enablement & Operations, you’ll deliver strategic intelligence that supports client engagement, innovation, and growth.
What You’ll Do
* Track market trends and emerging opportunities
* Analyse competitors and provide strategic positioning insights
* Monitor policy and regulatory changes impacting our sector
* Manage and share insights via Highspot (our content hub)
* Collaborate with internal teams and external experts
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive experience in market intelligence, competitive or business analysis
* Strong B2B research background (HR, benefits, or family services a plus)
* Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, and CMS tools (Highspot preferred)
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
