What You’ll Be Doing Supporting students aged 16 in exploring their options, including university, apprenticeships, and career pathways. Raising aspirations and awareness through engaging activities and tailored guidance. Delivering attainment-raising interventions and working with third-party providers. Offering personalised support, meeting regularly with students and adapting resources to suit individual needs. Based primarily at our Sixth Form campus on Rating Lane, with occasional work at our Channelside campus.
