Unique Fundraising Ltd is one of the UKs most successful fundraising organisations, with over 25 years of experience in direct sales and charity fundraising. We proudly partner with some of the UKs top charities, Alzheimers Society, Cancer Research UK, and Breast Cancer Now, helping to drive long-term support for meaningful causes.
Due to new client growth and increasing targets, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated, passionate, and target-driven individuals to join us as Professional Fundraisers.

About the Role
As a fundraiser, you will:
* Represent well-known charities as an ambassador
* Engage with members of the public face-to-face
* Inspire long-term support through monthly direct debit donations
* Work in private site venues, supermarkets, and shows

Youll be a great fit if you:

* Have strong communication and people skills
* Thrive in a customer-facing environment
* Are motivated by performance-based rewards
Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable but not essential.

Pay Structures
* Uncapped, competitive commission structure the more you achieve, the more you earn
* At Unique, we provide the training and support to enable you to have freedom of income, with no bonds deducted from your income
* Self-employed opportunity with guaranteed minimum earnings of £26,000 per year (based on full-time activity and meeting agreed performance criteria)
* Self-employed flexibility with the freedom to take control of your earnings
