Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full‑time field sales role comes with a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.
About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
About You
No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed.
We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands‑on role. You will need a UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and to live within a 60‑minute commute from the location of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Influence and negotiate to drive positive outcomes with customers and secure sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
* Handle manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
* Utilise digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
* Work independently to manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
* Grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
* Prioritise tasks to ensure efficiency and manage multiple activities effectively.
