Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity
* Support teams across Sales, Service, and Operations with reports, dashboards, and automation
* Maintain and improve workflows, validation rules, and process builders
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
* Assist with deployments and change management across the Salesforce platform
* Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support and training
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (or working towards it)
* Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with tools like Flow Builder, Data Loader, and permission sets
* A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
