The hours of this post will cover 2pm till 10pm 7 days a week. Responsible for the provision analysis of Flow and Capacity information to the operational meetings and to provide and receive complex information.To undertake detailed operational monitoring, and instigate appropriate action, to ensure that the service achieves the local targets,To ensure that systems and processes are in place to prevent access breaches and same sex breaches.To understand the fluctuation of activity for emergency care and delayed discharges and assist in the development of plans to make improvements.
