Job Overview

As a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home you will carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role we need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You will also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here you will go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.


Key Requirements

If you have the ability to multi‑task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well‑suited to the Admin Assistant role with us. It is also really important that you are a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families. If that sounds like you we will give you the opportunity to develop your skills with courses designed to build your confidence across all your responsibilities.

Working Hours

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
