Working Hours Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, 37.5 hrs

Primary Objectives:

* To be responsible for performing all service centre related administrative duties
* Contribute towards the delivery of a world-class services as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team
* Be integral in the inventory control and process implementation
* To be fundamental in developing MJQ’s working culture, its reputation and values.

Principle Accountabilities:

* Manage incoming service requests and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems
* Monitor job progress and proactively resolve or escalate issues
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders via phone and email, providing updates and support
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of service activities
* Support service reporting and compliance processes
* Assist with raising purchase orders and booking materials when required
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
