About The Martin Gallier Project
The Martin Gallier Project is a suicide prevention, intervention and postvention charity which offers immediate access to non-clinical support to anyone over the age of 16 who is affected by suicide. This includes those who are experiencing a suicidal crisis, people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, families who are supporting a loved one and also those bereaved by suicide.
The Martin Gallier Project is fiercely dedicated to preventing suicide, breaking down stigmas and supporting families across the North West. The project was set up in memory of Martin Gallier, Jessica Gallier’s father, who took his own life in 2017. This one of a kind project has been put together to tackle the areas that were lacking during Martin’s journey and the missed opportunities to save his life.
