The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a complex problem space and is comfortable conducting discovery research (starting with a broad problem statement) and then running through multiple iterations to deliver a high fidelity solution.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in a modern office in Hammersmith.
Operating within an agile, global framework and collaborating with designers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers to tackle challenges in inventive ways.
You'll assist the Product Design Principal and Product Design Manager in establishing standards and guidelines across design and research
Proficiency in user experience design, encompassing product creation, design, validation, and performance measurement.
Ideally, possess a degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centered Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or equivalent.
A portfolio of design work or case studies demonstrating expertise.
Expertise with design software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into the design process.
Proficiency in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, interaction design, and related disciplines.
Confidence in planning and facilitating ideation sessions and workshops utilizing design thinking methodologies.
Ability to elucidate design decisions and strategies to both design and non-design stakeholders.
Understanding of business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience navigating iterative design processes within an agile development environment.
