Our client are seeking a intelligent and motivated graduate to join their successful and expanding team. This is a trainee role where you will be expected to have a passion for Financial planning. You will learn every aspect of financial planning from administration to client meetings and complex financial planning strategies.
Below is a list of duties conducted by a financial planner.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
* Develop customised financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, adjusting plans as necessary to reflect changes in their circumstances or market conditions.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide the best advice.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and solicitors, to provide holistic financial solutions.
* Educate clients on various financial products and services, including investments, insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Desire to study for and pass financial services qualifications.
* Strong ethics.
