Customer Relationship Manager Norwich £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent On Experience) 37.5 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 Come and work for Norse Care. Our team is based at our brand-new Head Office, located next to the airport. We have fantastic on‑site facilities, featuring collaborative spaces, outside areas and a café. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join the team and support the development of robust sales functions that support the growth of private bed sales for Norse Care.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing all customer enquiries and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service for new and prospect residents.
* Supporting the care management teams in sales and customer service best practice to support room sales and after‑sales support.
* Providing accurate updates on occupancy, enquiries and pipeline activities.
* Live monitoring of enquiry and sales data recorded at all Norse Care schemes to ensure all targets are being met and instigating supportive interventions.
* Maximising sales conversion rates through strong relationships with prospective residents and their families and acting as a single point of contact all the way through.
* Reviewing central enquiries and waiting lists across homes, progressing cross referral opportunities.
About You
You will be a natural communicator with strong relationship‑building skills and experience in customer service, able to engage confidently and empathetically with customers while maintaining a professional and organised approach.
Full UK Driving License.
* Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and create rapport in a professional environment.
* Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and meet KPIs.
* Ideally you will have worked within a social care setting previously or have an understanding of this industry and what it requires.
* Experience in building strong relationships with prospective residents, families and internal teams.
