They are looking for an enthusiastic and committed School Administrative Officer. This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role as a School Administration will include:
9. To provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils files
10. To administer first aid (a first aid certificate is desirable but training can be provided)
11. Support co-curricular administrative teams with parental and external facing communication systems
12. Support facility checks and liaise with internal departments to ensure sports equipment and facilities are in good condition and arrange any repairs required
13. Undertake general financial administration and maintain and track accurate and up-to-date records for all sports department expenditures
14. To be responsible for maintaining the student database for all admissions, main school and nursery, with excellent knowledge and experience of SIMs
We are looking for someone with the below skills:
15. Experience working in a similar role or within school environment
16. Ability to communicate effectively
17. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, attention to detail
18. ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages, SIMS
19. 2 recent professional references
20. Support with school application support and DBS
21. Candidate should be eligible to work in UK (Essential)
