As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 and smallsupport to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional needs). Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils, helping them feel safe, confident and supported throughout the school day. Contribute to progress monitoring, working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals. Help create an inclusive classroom where every child is valued and able to thrive. Have experience supporting children with SEN (schoolor in a transferable setting). Communicate clearly, calmly and professionally with pupils and staff. Are passionate about making education accessible and enjoyable for all learners. Hold relevant training (such as Autism, Team Teach, safeguarding) desirable but not essential.
