Temporary Accounts Administrator
📍 Location: Widnes
📅 Duration: 8 weeks - Starting in November until end of December (with potential for extension)
💼 Salary: Equivalent to £27,000-£30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Join a forward-thinking, rapidly growing company in Widnes as an Accounts Administrator on a temporary 8-week basis, supporting a busy finance team during a key project phase. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a growing sector and contribute to a mission-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day finance operations including invoice processing, reconciliations, and data entry
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
Use accounting software and Excel to manage and track financial data
Assist with implementation of new system
Provide general administrative support to the finance department
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in accounts administration or finance support
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar)
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
