About the role: As the Associate Director, Global People Partnering Excellence, you will be at the heart of the global People Partner community, primarily leading the design, governance, and continual enhancement of key end-to-end People & Organization (P&O) processes across our dynamic global organization. As a Global Process Manager, you’ll support the Global Head of People Partnering Excellence (and Global Process Owner) in championing operational excellence and global consistency, partnering with diverse P&O teams and enabling functions such as IT, Legal, and Ethics, Risk & Compliance (ERC). You will also have the unique opportunity to lead global initiatives and undertake global activities aimed at realizing consistent end-to-end P&O experiences through harmonized people partnering processes and aligned ways of working. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Process Design & Standardization Lead the design and documentation of designated global P&O processes. Ensure continuous alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and human centered design principles. Maintain global process maps, work instructions and knowledge articles in ADONIS and related tools. Support process-to-data mapping and identification of data quality rules, thresholds, & data governance requirements based on business process needs. Governance & Compliance Support the Global Process Owner in maintaining process integrity and adherence to global standards. Participate in the Process Review Board and Workday Demand Review Board and ensure timely review of change requests. Monitor compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Use process mining, maturity assessments, and feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities. Drive simplification, automation, and digitization initiatives in collaboration with PTDI, IT and BPE teams. Track and report on process KPIs and performance metrics. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the central point of contact for process-related topics across the P&O organization. Partner with Local Process Owners, Knowledge Management Authors, and wider stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and adoption. Lead change management and training efforts for new or updated processes. Essential Requirements: Passion for continuous improvement and human centered design. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in P&O process management, or transformation roles. Strong experience in global P&O process design and governance with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with industry recognized tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) along with change agility and resilience in a matrixed, global environment. Strategic thinking with attention to operational detail. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Strong communication and facilitation skills to enable effective collaboration across countries and seniority levels. Fluent in English.
