Factory Operative – Plastering (Prefabricated Housing)

Job type: Full-time, temporary
We are looking for a factory operative to assist with plastering prefabricated wall panels in a factory environment. This role suits someone with basic construction or plastering experience, or a willingness to learn.
Duties include:
* Assisting with plastering panels
* Preparing surfaces and materials
* Finishing and pointing brickwork
* Working as part of a production team
* Following health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
* Some construction or factory experience preferred
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable and able to work in a team
We offer:
