This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment firm focusing on international hires into Europe and North America. The Role
You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to grow their billing. The position is primarily permanent recruitment, but candidates with contract experience in relevant markets are also considered. The company is also interested in candidates willing to work in a senior market, as they have an executive search division operating on a retained basis.
The Package
* Basic salary for Senior Recruitment Consultants: £30,000 - £40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commissions of 20% to 30% paid beyond a £6,000 threshold, even on existing client accounts
* Work arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment, with client acquisition experience
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is preferred
* Must currently reside in the UK with reasonable commuting access to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is advantageous
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Availability to work in the office 4 days a week
