Job Purpose:
As a Housing Assistant, you will play a vital role in the Area Housing Team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service in all aspects of housing management. Your commitment to customer care will help us provide a value-for-money service that meets the needs of our community.
The Role:
In this position, you will:
* Support the Area Housing team with various housing management tasks.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing advice and assistance on housing-related inquiries, tenancy matters, and more.
* Undertake routine correspondence, including references, right to buy inquiries, and casework preparation as directed by the Team Leader.
Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
* Diary Management
* Minute Taking
* Booking Rooms for Senior Management
* Arranging Temporary Accommodation
* Monitoring Shared Inboxes
* Processing Invoices
