The Role ​ As a Solicitor within the Private Client department at Jones Whyte, you will deal with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts and the administration of Trusts and Estates. You will have regular communication with clients face-to-face, over the phone and through email. You will maintain contact with them throughout the process to ensure our clients receive an excellent and efficient service. Successful candidates should have a pro-active and positive approach, with strong analytical and communication skills.​ Experience working directly with clients is essential. The successful candidate will: Communicate with clients, managing your own caseload Prepare and draft Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts Managing existing Trusts, while advising clients on both the creation and winding up of Trusts. Handle often complex Estate Administration work with minimal supervision Work as part of the wider Private Client team to support Solicitors at Associate and Partner level Have the ability to work in a fast paced, high turnover environment Required attributes and capabilities: Completed LLB & Diploma Knowledge of Trusts, Wills, POA's, and Executry procedure Experience having worked in a Private Client Team/Firm The ability to manage a large case load High analytical skills Strong communication skills, written and verbal Experience working with clients ​ Company Benefits & Perks: Competitive Salary 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
