YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Workday Consultant, working closely with client business teams, you will lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
* You will be a key part of the team, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs.
* You will also coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
* You may be involved in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to support, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, and Trainer.
* Your participation in projects can lead to the development and enhancement of our service offerings to grow our business.
* A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.
YOUR PROFILE
* Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management.
* Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
* Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations.
* Skills to translate client requirements into configuration options.
* Experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
* Ability to lead requirement workshops and prepare documentation and presentations.
* Follow Workday methodology to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
* Strong team player with a positive attitude, capable of leading and supporting project deployment and evolution.
* Experience in conducting design workshops and maintaining best practices.
* Participation in sales activities and providing input for work estimates.
* Effective task prioritization and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and supervise others.
* Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus.
* Experience with at least 10 complete Workday project lifecycles is preferred.
* Workday Core HCM certification is required.
