We’re supporting a growing, lively, genuinely fun recruitment business who specialise in placing Social Workers across the UK, and they’re looking for a brilliant Compliance Manager to lead their compliance function.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the full compliance process once a candidate accepts an offer
* Supporting a team of Consultants
* Leading, mentoring and developing a Compliance Officer
* Ensuring workers are fully qualified, referenced and DBS-checked
* Reviewing processes and implementing improvements
* Building relationships across the whole business
