You will work as part of a team to provide support to adults with disabilities, complex needs, and mental health disorders, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.\n\nYour duties will include:\n\nWorking with a team to provide a safe, warm, and stable environment for service users.\nManaging challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately.\nProviding personal care as required.\nPromoting daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, and cleaning.\nSupporting social integration, self-reliance, and confidence.\nAssisting with individualised care plans.\nKeeping documentation and records up to date in line with organisational and CQC regulations.\nStaying knowledgeable with relevant legislation and policies.This is a shift-based role that requires working weekends and may include sleep-in duties.\n\nAbout you:\n\nWe are looking for reliable, energetic, and empathetic individuals with strong communication skills.
