About Us

We are seeking a Construction Planner to play a key role in shaping the success of new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £10 million. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have a strategic impact across a diverse portfolio, including Commercial, Medical, Retail, and Office developments.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling construction activities from pre-construction to project completion. Collaborating with delivery and commercial teams, you will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.
2. Create and manage baseline schedules and integrate with project controls.
3. Produce and coordinate pre-construction and live construction plans.
4. Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to monitor, update, and revise programmes as needed.
5. Analyze project performance post-completion to identify lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
6. Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
About You
1. Proven experience in planning roles within the construction sector.
2. Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject (essential).
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
