We are looking for an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team in London or Coventry, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Role Overview
As a SHEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SHEQ policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and promoting a positive safety culture across our offices and project sites. You will conduct audits, lead investigations, and work closely with management, employees, and supply chain partners to drive SHEQ excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement proactive and reactive SHEQ measures to promote a safe working environment.
2. Develop, review, and maintain risk assessments, method statements, and SOPs for work activities.
3. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor SHEQ performance.
4. Lead accident and near-miss investigations, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
