McCarthy Stone is looking for Relief House Managers to cover ad hoc shifts across our developments in South Wales - Tenby, Swansea, Porthcawl, and Cardiff.
Hours: Flexible hours to be agreed with the Operations Manager
Hourly rate: £13.77 per hour
Mileage will be paid.

About the Role of a Relief House Manager:
We seek a customer-centric House Manager to uphold our high-quality customer standards. The role involves front-of-house management, facilities, event coordination, and customer service.
Key duties include:
* Helping homeowners settle into their new homes.
* Providing a professional front-of-house service and welcoming visitors.
* Offering help, support, and advice to homeowners.
* Promoting communication between homeowners, their families, and support partners.
* Managing the development's gardens and grounds to ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant environment.
* Handling emergency situations professionally.
* Facilitating social activities and helping homeowners enjoy retirement living.
Key competencies required:
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Experience in customer service roles.
* Professional approach with high standards.
* Reliability and flexibility for out-of-hours calls and emergencies.
* Ability to thrive in a varied, busy role.
* Resilience and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety.
* Computer literacy in Word and Outlook.
* First aid qualifications are an advantage.
