Description
Increase revenue through elevation of store presence and brand awareness, through event support. Promoting sales and identifying opportunities locally, internally and externally to maximise consumer awareness of the brand, whilst building strong report with teams and managers. Driving incremental sales through the ELEMIS journey in line with the global marketing strategy.
Contract Type: Fixed Term, 12 months
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours, over 5 days, full flexibility required
What Will You Do?
* To work and support in store teams to be confident in events and activity
* Ensuring revenue is taken on event days through enthusiasm, drive and expertise.
* Build a strong rapport with each department manager, marketing teams and PR connections within the stores in your area.
* To participate fully in Marketing and PR activity by taking part in and ensuring the success of events on and off site and continually raising the awareness of the brand and educating clients.
* To ensure all products and treatments delivered are appropriate to clients’ needs.
* To have a clear understanding of the ELEMIS protocols.
* Continue to support and drive your home store.
* To achieve KPI’s and targets.
* To be reactive and adaptive to opportunities and use all tools available to you and the teams.
What We Need From You
* Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Experience within a similar retail/store role
* Previous experience managing and developing a team
* Successful retail sales record
* Experience working with a leading professional skincare company
* Hold a clean drivers license
* Good standards of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
* Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy highly desirable (* Training provided )
* Elemis treatment and product knowledge highly desirable (* Training provided )
