Assistant Development and Delivery Manager - New Homes, a hybrid role working from our office in Glasgow and from home. Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Typical day as an Assistant Development and Delivery Manager
Working alongside our Development & Delivery colleagues across a number of sites in Scotland, carefully managing income and expenditure, assisting in the delivery of our schemes against key performance targets.
You will help manage and deliver projects including managing project appraisals, data analysis, cash flows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handovers.
You will use your fantastic interpersonal skills to sustain good relationships with developers, contractor partners, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of our mixed tenure schemes on time and to budget
* Ensure an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery
* Manage income and expenditure
* Assist in the delivery of our schemes against key performance targets
Requirements
* Great knowledge of residential-led development, project management, and the planning system, delivering against design standards
* Ideally, some previous experience in the delivery of new homes on site
* Passion and willingness to learn all aspects of land/development and professional project management
* Good organisational and excellent written skills, being able to write clear and concise reports
* An eye for detail, be a self-starter, and have a win-win mentality to deliver a brilliant service
