3. User-Centered Writing:
* Ensure documentation is tailored to meet the needs of end-users, making technical concepts understandable and actionable. Conduct user research and feedback sessions to improve documentation based on real user insights.
4. Documentation Standards:
* Establish and adhere to documentation standards and best practices to ensure consistency in tone, style, and format. Help define and refine documentation workflows and processes.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to our products, ensuring that documentation evolves alongside the product development process.

Professional Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or technology-related environment.

About You:

* Passionate about making complex information accessible and easy to understand. An advocate for user experience in all aspects of documentation.
* Excellent communication skills and able to work well with technical and non-technical teams.
* Strong multi-tasking, organisation and project management skills.
* Able to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities and work at a fast pace.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, GitHub, Markdown, and other content management systems. Familiarity with diagramming tools is a plus.
* Excited by the prospect of continuous learning and improvement.
