Influencer Outreach & Partnerships Manager

Club L London is inviting applications for the Influencer Outreach & Partnerships Manager role.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in developing Club L London’s global campaign and outreach strategy, managing and directing the team. The Outreach Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand Director, ensuring we are maximising reach and engagement while driving the Club L brand vision forward. As the Global Outreach and Brand Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for developing the outreach strategy with the aim of driving brand awareness, trust, engaging content and revenue. You will identify new opportunities for brand partnerships with emerging creators and stay abreast of the latest industry trends, new platforms and emerging creators.


Role Responsibilities

* Execute creator partnership strategy, approach, and messaging, overseeing planning, organisation and execution across the team to ensure all activity meets commercial objectives, increases brand awareness, engagement and community growth across all key platforms.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to lead projects, communicate channel priorities, campaign roll‑out and content requirements.
* Oversee end‑to‑end relationship management for all collaborations, negotiating contracts with creators and ensuring clear deliverables that align with brand guidelines and vision.
* Identify new opportunities and build key relationships to grow Club L’s reach and sales, sustaining growth in the UK, US and all key territories.
* Manage creation of unique creator partnerships that drive creators to produce best‑in‑class content, ensuring requirements align with business strategy and goals.
* Track performance – monitor success of creator partnerships, analyse metrics and report on these weekly and monthly against key KPIs.
* Own budgets, working closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure spend remains within budget and tracks to date.
* Conceptualise storytelling briefs that resonate with the Club L audience, adapting briefs per channel, territory and product area.
* Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and grow a creator affiliate programme, integrating tools such as LTK, Shop My and other emerging platforms.
* Build and lead the team, setting quarterly objectives and development plans.


About You

* Proven experience growing creator partnerships within the fashion or beauty industries, with a deep understanding of influencer marketing and brand alignment.
* Proven expertise in collaborating with creators to develop engaging, high‑quality content that drives brand awareness and loyalty across key platforms.
* Excellent communication skills, results‑oriented, confident presenting strategies and articulating the value of creator‑driven campaigns to stakeholders.
* Proficient in analysing campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights from data and using them to inform future strategies.
* Ability to identify creators who resonate with the brand and ensure all partnerships reflect the brand’s vision.
* Strong storytelling skills, building out structure and flow to complete a story and adapt briefs per channel or product area.
* Collaborative attitude with a proven ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments and third‑party brands.
* Flexible and comfortable working in a high‑pace, fast‑moving, changing environment.
* Experience managing and developing a team, with a good workflow and process implementation.
* Proficiency in Shopify, Airtable and Dropbox would be advantageous.
