You will be helping to define and drive systems architecture and design across radio, baseband, MAC and networking layers for advanced application used in different industry sectors. salary to circa £95k plus benefits and hybrid working I am seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent academics and 10yrs plus of hands on experience in wireless systems design, architecture or systems engineering. You need to have a deep knowledge of wireless communication and networking technologies and should be able to effectively communicate and explain complex technical ideas. Your skill set should include knowledge of: Wifi standards, 4G/5G cellular standards, wireless systems algorithm design, layer 2/ layer 3 networks, radio propagation and link budgets, network management. The System Engineering team leads the design and innovation for next-generation wireless networking products. You will be responsible for translating complex market, customer, and technical requirements into clear, actionable specifications, ensuring products and systems deliver market-leading solutions.
