As our Retail Admin Executive, you’ll be at the centre of our retail operations — ensuring our partners, stockists, and internal teams are supported with accurate, timely, and proactive administration. From order processing and invoicing to stock updates, complaints handling, and portal management, you’ll keep our retail function running seamlessly day-to-day. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has at least two years’ experience in a retail or FMCG administrative role, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple systems and stakeholders. You’ll bring energy, efficiency, and a solutions-focused mindset to a fast-paced and growing team. You’ll be responsible for the smooth management of retail administration end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Commercial to ensure Wild Nutrition continues to deliver an exceptional partner experience. Key Responsibilities Manage retail systems and portals (Emporio, WN Portal, account portals) Process orders, invoices (including pro forma and commercial), and order confirmations Track and communicate stock vs demand, including OOS (out-of-stock) updates and lost sales tracking Coordinate new stockist onboarding, account set-up, and delivery requirements Maintain up-to-date barcodes, pricing, and pricelists across accounts for all retail and distributors Support quality and EPD meetings, capturing insights and sharing feedback with the wider team Handle retail enquiries and complaints, maintaining trackers and liaising with Finance to resolve issues Raise credit notes and monitor account sales figures weekly Manage sample and distributor orders, as well as NPD briefs and sell sheets for trade Keep CRM and Google Drive retail documentation accurate and up to date Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within retail, FMCG, or consumer brands Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Confident using systems and portals (e.g., CRM, order management, Excel/Google Sheets) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits What We Offer Time given every year to volunteer with a local charity of your choice All the latest tech you need Flexible hybrid working model Summer Fridays Generous Pension plan Private health insurance Enhanced Leave package with added years of service extras Employee Assistance Programme Team discount on all Wild Nutrition supplements and personalised consultations Cycle to work scheme Enhanced parental leave policies Be part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture A value-grown culture: Our WILD values serve as the compass guiding our attitudes and behaviours: W ellbeing: we obsess over the health of our customers, people and planet I ntelligence: we listen.
