CLUSTER DIRECTOR OF SALES –West About Montcalm Collection The West London cluster represents the pinnacle of The Montcalm Collection’s luxury and purpose-driven hospitality, encompassing a diverse portfolio of flagship properties, wellness-led concepts, and elegant townhouse retreats. At its heart is Montcalm Mayfair, Autograph Collection, the group’s newly launched flagship hotel and a proud member of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, offering refined interiors and curated experiences near Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Inhabit Queen’s Gardens and Inhabit Southwick Street, both members of Design Hotels™ and B Corp™ certified, bring a wellness-focused ethos to Bayswater and Paddington with Nordic design, plant-based dining, and holistic programming. Montcalm Chilworth Townhouse and Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse offer classic styling and boutique charm in tranquil, central locations, while Montcalm Marble Arch Townhouse provides chic, stylish comfort just off Oxford Street. Completing the cluster is Park Grand Mayfair, an intimate 43-room townhouse hotel opposite Montcalm Mayfair, blending contemporary design with personalised service for frequent travellers and city explorers alike. Overview The Director of Sales – West serves as the strategic commercial lead for The Montcalm Collection’s flagship West London cluster. This role is ideal for a commercially driven and brand-aligned leader with a deep understanding of luxury, wellness, and purpose-led hospitality. Responsible for driving top-line revenue, leading a high-performing regional sales team, and cultivating impactful partnerships, the Director will play a key role in shaping the cluster’s commercial success and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities · Develop and deliver the commercial sales strategy across the West London cluster. · Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team · Grow revenue from key segments including corporate, leisure, wellness, and partnerships · Collaborate closely with Revenue and Marketing to ensure cohesive activation of commercial plans · Represent Montcalm Mayfair and the Inhabit Hotels within the Marriott and Design Hotels™ ecosystems · Activate B2B partnerships aligned with the group’s sustainability and wellness ethos · Provide regular reporting, market analysis, and commercial insight to support decision-making. Key Attributes: · Senior-level experience in luxury hotel sales, ideally within a multi-property cluster · Deep understanding of the West London market, particularly Mayfair and Paddington · Familiarity with Marriott, Design Hotels™, and sustainability-focused hospitality · Skilled in team leadership, strategic selling, and brand storytelling · Commercially focused with a passion for guest-centric, values-led hospitality · Strong understanding of revenue and commercial Strategies.
