Overview The Director of Sales – West serves as the strategic commercial lead for The Montcalm Collection’s flagship West London cluster. This role is ideal for a commercially driven and brand-aligned leader with a deep understanding of luxury, wellness, and purpose-led hospitality. Responsible for driving top-line revenue, leading a high-performing regional sales team, and cultivating impactful partnerships, the Director will play a key role in shaping the cluster’s commercial success and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities · Develop and deliver the commercial sales strategy across the West London cluster. · Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team · Grow revenue from key segments including corporate, leisure, wellness, and partnerships · Collaborate closely with Revenue and Marketing to ensure cohesive activation of commercial plans · Represent Montcalm Mayfair and the Inhabit Hotels within the Marriott and Design Hotels™ ecosystems · Activate B2B partnerships aligned with the group’s sustainability and wellness ethos · Provide regular reporting, market analysis, and commercial insight to support decision-making. Key Attributes: · Senior-level experience in luxury hotel sales, ideally within a multi-property cluster · Deep understanding of the West London market, particularly Mayfair and Paddington · Familiarity with Marriott, Design Hotels™, and sustainability-focused hospitality · Skilled in team leadership, strategic selling, and brand storytelling · Commercially focused with a passion for guest-centric, values-led hospitality · Strong understanding of revenue and commercial Strategies.
