Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service, upholding the company's values and vision, and adhering to procedures and policies.
More About The Role: Our team offers expert advice to customers, recommending products that make them feel good, while also helping communities build a better life through Community Trade programs.
As a Consultant, you will provide inspirational insights into The Body Shop products and philosophy, learning about the products, their origins, and engaging with customers to find ranges that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
