Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Manager Building Entrance & Access Solutions will involve:
* Field sales positions selling a high quality range of manufactured entrance & access security systems
* Selling to main contractors, end users, integrators, architectural practises and specifiers
* Targeting projects within commercial sectors such as education, high end office buildings and for large blue chip organisations buildings
* Dealing with order values ranging from £10k - £200k per project with an average order of around £30k
* Target over targets between £1m-£2m
The ideal applicant will be Regional Sales Manager Building Entrance & Access Solutions with:
* Must have project led field sales experience in the construction industry
* Must be commercially savvy
* Must have sold to main contractors, end users, installers and integrators
* Specification sales experience would be an advantage however not essential
* Hungry, tenacious personality
* Likeable character and strong presence
