This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where finance plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy.You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple business areas - providing clear insight into financial performance, guiding forecasting and planning, and helping drive profitability across the organisation.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £55,000.00.Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering insightful financial analysis and monthly performance reviews to key stakeholders across various teams
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes - ensuring clarity and accuracy at every step
* Evaluating business cases and supporting investment decisions through robust modelling and appraisal
* Partnering with leaders to identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost efficiency
* Monitoring and managing financial KPIs, billing, cash collection, and time recording
* Assisting with profitability analysis, and commercial input into business development opportunities
* Taking ownership of ad hoc project work and contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes
* Providing finance training to non-finance stakeholders and enhancing financial understanding across the business
Candidate Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical knowledge and commercial instinct
* Excellent Excel and data modelling skills, with the ability to distil complex data into meaningful insight
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
* Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment
* A proactive and curious mindset, always looking to add value and improve how things are done
