Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking marketing leader to guide the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
As Group Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand narratives, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and international brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and oversee the implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the group’s broader commercial objectives
* Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and insights-led
* Manage brand architecture, positioning, and go-to-market planning across multiple sectors
* Direct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain market relevance
* Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and measurable impact
* Foster strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships to support brand growth and visibility
* Support international expansion strategies through participation in global events, exhibitions, and market-entry initiatives
* Keep abreast of evolving consumer trends, digital innovation, and marketing best practices to continuously refine the group’s marketing approach
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 20 years’ marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
* Background spanning key sectors including real estate, retail, and hospitality
* Demonstrated success in high-growth environments, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful marketing outcomes
