Mission

The EcoBeautyScore initiative brings together leading actors of the cosmetics industry to deliver a transparent, science-based environmental scoring system for beauty products. As Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in broadening the reach and impact of this initiative by supporting the expansion of the EcoBeautyScore SaaS platform — a subscription-based digital solution enabling companies to generate product environmental scores based on robust life-cycle analysis.


Working alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing and collaborating with the Head of Customer Success and Technology, you will help accelerate lead generation, nurture partnerships, and drive conversion of prospective members and users, while ensuring all actions reflect the integrity and scientific rigor of EcoBeautyScore’s mission.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Sales Coordination

* Identify, qualify and trigger conversion of potential members and users across the global cosmetics industry.
* Manage and update the sales pipeline within Odoo CRM, ensuring transparent tracking of contacts, leads, and opportunities.
* Support pitch preparation and follow-up for EcoBeautyScore’s SaaS platform subscription in close collaboration with the Head of Customer Success and Technology.
* Maintain a structured reporting system for sales performance and key metric, such as qualified leads generated, conversion rate to trials, campaign ROI, etc.
* Contribute to refining sales methods, digital outreach materials, and onboarding resources to enhance conversion rates.


2. Customer Journey & Onboarding

* Coordinate and support free trial demo sessions for prospective users (e.g. demo calls, results interpretation guidance)
* Manage free trial user feedback process, ensuring follow-up to capture a strong response rate
* Feed trial insights into the sales and product processes, translating feedback into actionable improvements.
* Proactively engage trial users throughout the journey (onboarding, first use, pre-expiry) to maximise activation and conversion.
* Contribute to refining onboarding materials (guides, emails, FAQs) to enhance the customer journey and improve conversion and renewal rates.


3. Operational and Analytical Support

* Prepare regular status updates and dashboards on marketing and sales performance.
* Assist with monitoring supplier activities, budget tracking, and invoicing related to campaigns and event participation.
* Contribute to documentation processes ensuring consistency and transparency in all sales and communication operations.


Profile

* Degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Management, or equivalent experience.
* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS product marketing preferably in sustainability products or services.
* Hands-on, execution and sales-oriented profile with strong autonomy and willingness to learn and deliver quickly.
* Strong command of CRM, digital sales tools (e,g, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), email automation, basic analytics (Google Analytics). Knowledge of CRM system Odoo an asset.
* Comfortable selling to diverse stakeholders (sustainability, marketing, procurement, IT, R&D, legal) within customer organisations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or other EU languages are an asset.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
