Role Overview
Support the commercial performance of the aftermarket Parts and Service business. Translate long‑term strategy into actionable plans, deliver high‑quality commercial insight, and support decision‑making across the organisation. Responsibilities include pricing and tenders, CRM governance, business intelligence, and ensuring the commercial engine runs effectively to drive growth across all makes, digital channels, and new product introductions.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate strategy into actionable commercial plans.
* Provide commercial insight and support decision‑making across the company.
* Manage pricing, tenders, CRM governance, and business intelligence activities.
* Improve reporting quality and strengthen processes.
* Support consistent execution and commercial growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* Commercially aware and analytically strong ability to turn data into actions.
* Experience working with stakeholders across functions.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and present insights that influence decisions.
* Structured, detail‑oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
Desirable Experience
* Recent degree in a business‑related field or experience within the bus, coach, or aftermarket sector.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools (e.g. Qlik), or ERP systems such as Syspro.
* Exposure to pricing strategy, tenders, or commercial business case development.
