An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Leader to join a well:established care provider known for delivering high:quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well:structured environment.
As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide day:to:day leadership within a residential setting, supporting staff, maintaining care standards, safeguarding children, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
This role offers a salary range of GBP 33,300 : GBP 35,000 plus GBP 55 per sleep ins and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading, motivating and supporting a team to deliver high:quality care
* Allocating tasks and ensuring effective shift coordination
* Providing supervision, guidance and performance feedback to staff
* Overseeing daily operations and escalating issues where required
* Supporting staff development through coaching and mentoring
* Promoting positive behaviour support approaches within the home
* Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
* Supporting compliance with health and safety and risk management processes
What We Are Looking For
* Previously worked as a Senior Team Leader, Residential Support Worker, Care Team leader, Keyworker, Childcare Worker or in a similar role
* Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Residential) or equivalent
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within residential care
* Flexible, resilient approach with strong organisational skills
* Commitment to high standards of care and professional practice
