Role Description
The Lead Sales Strategist is a contract role initially responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading sales initiatives, and providing training to sales teams. This is a hybrid role based in Corby, with the flexibility to work remotely part‑time.
A Full UK Driving License is essential.

* Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
* Customer Service expertise to address and resolve client needs effectively
* Proven experience in Sales and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
* Experience in Training sales teams and guiding their professional development
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
* Familiarity with manufacturing industry workflows is a plus
