What the Job Involves As a Health & Safety Adviser, you will support the Health & Safety Senior Officer in executing Sefton Council's Health and Safety Strategy. This involves conducting audits, identifying areas of non-compliance, developing policies, and enhancing communication on health and safety issues. You will assist in incident investigations, liaise with enforcement authorities, and provide advice to schools in line with the applicable service level agreements. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of health and safety training, maintain up-to-date legislation knowledge, and provide formal feedback to management and schools on safety trends and improvements.
