Responsibilities:
* Achieving and demonstrating high levels of customer care
* Updating and maintaining accurate paperwork including PDA database information.
* Establishing works required and associated costs
* Ensuring a first time fix on a many occasions as possible
Requirements:
* Full clean driving licence (essential)
* Experience in carpentry, locksmith, fencing, associated plumbing works and tiling (essential)
* Health and safety conscious ensuring policies and procedures are meet at all times (essential)
* Qualified City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 (essential)
* Flexible, working in any reasonable location throughout the town/city
