Role: Global Supplier Partnership Executive As a Global Supplier Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Supplier Partnership Manager in the growth and success of our global hotel program—an initiative that generates over £1.5 million in annual revenue. You’ll help strengthen existing supplier relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive adoption of preferred agreements across our partner network. Key Responsibilities Supplier Relationship Management Manage a small portfolio of supplier partnerships, conducting regular performance reviews both virtually and in person. Marketing & Communications Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver supplier marketing plans and program materials, including rate loading instructions, hotel RFPs, and benefit overviews. Event Coordination Support planning and execution of regional and global meetings, as well as ad hoc events, ensuring maximum value for supplier partners. Partner Engagement Conduct quarterly reviews with TMC partners to assess hotel program performance and adoption. Insight & Strategy Gather feedback from suppliers and TMCs to inform strategies that enhance ROI and program effectiveness. Revenue & Sponsorship Support Assist in presenting and securing annual sponsorships and inclusion program revenue to meet company KPIs. Billing & Finance Oversee hotel billing processes in collaboration with suppliers and the internal finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Project Support Contribute to wider company initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed. Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and a collaborative team spirit Effective time management, especially across multiple time zones Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment Professional, flexible, and approachable attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Project management experience is a plus Commercially aware with a passion for delivering value to partners and customers Adaptable and diligent, with a proactive mindset
