We’re working with a well-established, full-service brand agency that partners with businesses to build brands that are clear, distinctive and built for long-term impact. Their work spans research, strategy, creative, digital and marketing, giving clients a consistent and effective brand presence across every touchpoint.
They’re now looking for an Account Manager in Norwich, to join the team in a broad, client-facing role.
The Role
This is a generalist position where you’ll sit at the centre of client relationships and internal delivery, working across a mix of brand, creative and digital projects. You’ll be involved in:
* Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
* Overseeing projects from brief through to delivery
* Coordinating internal teams across strategy, creative and development
* Supporting the delivery of campaigns, websites and brand projects
* Ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an agency environment (brand, creative or digital)
* Comfortable working across multiple service lines, not just one niche
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Able to manage projects end-to-end
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
