You will lead the development and delivery of a robust, multi-year fundraising plan, generating the income needed to realise our ambitions and secure long-term sustainability. This role goes beyond meeting targets. It is about building a culture of philanthropy, partnership and shared ownership across the organisation. You will cultivate high-value relationships, strengthen existing income streams and develop new opportunities across corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and individual giving.
