We want applicants that have experience in the touring and live events industry, managing people, and have a willingness to learn about laser and special effects and improve and have a brilliant can-do attitude. Show Tech experience is a plus!
You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones, therefore we are looking for the following Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication
* Detail oriented
* Organized with the ability to prioritize workload and work methodically
* Great team spirit and ability to build great relationships very very quickly
* Computer literate with the ability to read plots and learn basic cad
* Leadership experience
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking
* At least 2 years experience in the touring industry within a technical department
* A full driving licence
As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with the Head of Project Management to upkeep different data bases for the PM Department and assist with various different projects.
* Develop ER internal systems knowledge to integrate with daily tasks.
* Gain the technical skillset to confidently quote various types of jobs, advance and deliver them.
* Ensuring all communication is delivered in a timely fashion, transparent and with integrity.
* Developing a strong understanding of Current RMS as well as PM Workflows (i.e, Drive, Wiki, etc).
* Supporting with interdepartmental administrative duties.
